Binky Felstead’s health secret revealed by the man behind Made In Chelsea star’s fit figure

While many of us have been mainlining carbs during lockdown, Binky Felstead has taken her fitness crusade to a whole new level.

The 29-year-old showed off her incredible quarantine bod – in lacy lingerie – on Instagram last week and now we can exclusively reveal how she’s done it.

Binky’s secret weapon is personal trainer Tyrone Brennand – who’s also worked with Mollie King and Lottie Moss. He was hired by the then gym-shy Made In Chelsea star back in 2014.

He tells us Binks was motivated from the start. “It was hard because of the level of fitness and lack of strength she had, but she was determined and consistent,” explains Tyrone. “Even though she wanted to kill me at times, she stuck with it for years and now she’s at a place where she’s inspiring others.”

Tyrone says he usually works out with Binky “three to four times a week”, revealing, “We do a mixture of cardiovascular work, circuit training and weights – often using her own body weight.”


And he says that lockdown hasn’t stopped Binky’s training. She juggles exercise with looking after three-year-old India – her daughter with ex-boyfriend and former co-star Josh Patterson.

“Binky puts India down for her nap at midday, so we do our Instagram Live workouts at 12.30,” continues Tyrone. “When we can get in the gym, we use all the equipment, but we’re trying to make it as accessible as possible so all the workouts are on the mat. We haven’t really changed her regime, we’re just training in a different way – adapting to circumstances.”

Despite her enviable figure, Tyrone tells us even Binky has off weeks just like the rest of us. “If she hasn’t exercised for a week, she feels like she’s slipping, which is totally normal. But she’s at the stage in her training where she’s able to get back into the routine quicker because of muscle memory.”

And while she sticks to a healthy diet, she won’t deny herself the occasional treat – usually her favourite takeaway. “Sometimes when we’re training she’ll say, ‘I fancy a curry’ but I’ll steer her to reward goals, like, ‘If you keep doing well till the end of the month, then have it,’” Tyrone adds. “She’s her own woman and she takes care of herself.”

Jeremy Clarkson, 60, queried why some adverts keep popping up on his phone after he had googled or spoke about a particular topic. He then revealed what he would rather see instead. The ex-Top Gear star, who has been going strong with girlfriend Lisa Hogan since 2017, admitted that instead of seeing “revolting” online adverts of people removing earwax, he would rather see images of what “Abbey Clancy would look like in a swimsuit”.

The suggestive comment is not the first that the Grand Tour presenter has made about Peter Crouch’s wife, as he previously called her “pretty.”

He wrote: “I’d like to express an interest this morning in what Abbey Clancy would look like in a swimsuit, on a yacht.

“Better, I should imagine, than someone pulling gunk out of their ear while sitting in a shipping container.”

The suggestion came after he complained that he was sick of spam adverts appearing after searching topics online.

The images appeared on Jeremy’s laptop after he searched how to get rid of his “minor ear infection” as the car enthusiast remains in lockdown with Lisa at his Oxfordshire estate.

Back in 2015, Jeremy said Abbey was one of his “favourite things about Liverpool.”

On his three-day visit to the birthplace of the Beatles, Jeremy showed a softer side as he confided to car fans that a particular blonde had caught his eye.

Taking the mic at Top Gear Live, he revealed the reason why he loves visiting Liverpool.

“Home to some of my favourite things, including the lovely Abbey,” he divulged.

The long-running gag from Jeremy began when he first wrote on Twitter about his attraction for the star.

He swooned: “Just bumped into Abbey Clancy. My god, she’s pretty.”

After Twitter followers responded, Jeremy, stoked the fire as he revealed: “That’s actually the second time I’ve met Abbey. And both times, she has vomited.”

He then added: “She didn’t actually vomit. She just wrenched and ran off screaming, ‘Help, help, call the police’. Something like that.”

Jeremy has rarely opened up about relationships in the past but regularly gives fans an insight into his life with Lisa during lockdown on his Instagram.

He recently posted a birthday tribute to his beloved girlfriend of three years, with a photo of her standing in their garden wearing muddy wellies.

The couple enjoy spending time together at their Chipping Norton home, where they have recently been attempting to rescue animals on the property.

Celebrities Who Have Died From Coronavirus

We’re so sad to report that the death toll from the Coronavirus is rising and the world has been so effected by this dangerous pandemic.

According to the CDC, “older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk for more serious complications from COVID-19.”

Experts are imploring those across the globe to practice social distancing, which is “deliberately increasing the physical space between people to avoid spreading illness.” Ways you can socially distance yourself from others include working from home, staying inside unless you need to get essentials like groceries or medical help, cancelling any large events, and using FaceTime to meet up instead of in-person meetings.

As of June 3, over 108,000 people in the United States have died from the virus and over 376,000 people around the world total have succumbed to it.

We’re remembering the celebrities who have died due to this horrible virus. RIP.

Experts Say Carole Baskin's Missing Husband's Will Likely Forged

A pair of experts believe that the will of Carole Baskin’s missing husband — which left the Tiger King subject with an estimated $10 million estate — was likely forged.

Don Lewis, the former husband of Big Cat Rescue founder Baskin, vanished in 1997; the Netflix series revived rumors pushed by Joe Exotic that Baskin killed Lewis and then fed him to her tigers. Baskin has denied any involvement in the disappearance of Lewis, who was declared legally dead in 2002.

Following the pop culture-seizing popularity of Tiger King, Lewis’ disappearance has been reexamined by authorities; on a May episode of Crime Stories, handwriting expert Thomas Vastrick and lawyer Joseph Fritz told Nancy Grace that Lewis’ will was likely forged, and that the signature on the will was probably “traced” from Lewis and Baskin’s 1991 wedding certificate.

“They had two experts deem it 100 percent a forgery. But, we knew that… we knew that before,” Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister told Tampa Bay 10. 

Additionally, the Clarion-Ledger reported that both the notary and the attorney listed on Lewis’ will don’t remember authenticating the document. “I don’t remember a will at all,” notary Sandra Wittkopp, a former employee of Baskin and Lewis, told the newspaper.

While the statute of limitations to pursue forgery charges has expired, Chronister — who believes Lewis was “murdered” — said the will “certainly cast another shadow of suspicion.”

“Don was not easy to live with and like most couples, we had our moments. But I never threatened him and I certainly had nothing to do with his disappearance,” Carole Baskin said in a statement after Tiger King premiered on Netflix. “When he disappeared, I did everything I could to assist the police. I encouraged them to check out the rumors from Costa Rica, and separately I hired a private investigator.”

David Schwimmer Protests With Ex-Wife Zoe Buckman in NYC

Still a team. David Schwimmer walked beside ex-wife Zoë Buckman at a protest and vigil for George Floyd more than three years after their split.

“We’re no longer a couple, but @zoebuckman and I are parents of a nine year old, and fellow advocates for social justice and reform,” the Friends alum, 53, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, June 3, alongside photos of him and Buckman, 34, holding flowers in a crowd of peaceful protestors. “We marched in honor of the countless black lives lost to racial violence; to oppose the institutional racism and systemic bias against marginalized communities; to show our love for, and solidarity with, our family members, colleagues and friends of color.”

Schwimmer added that both he and his ex were “angry and appalled” by the “indifference” displayed by the federal government to address the injustices faced by minorities in America. “[We] demand a better future for our children,” the Madagascar actor wrote. “ALL of our children. It is not enough to be opposed to racism. We must be actively opposed to it.”

Buckman shared a similar statement of her own the same day, posting videos and photos of her experience at the peaceful rally. “No justice: no peace,” she wrote on Wednesday. “These are our streets. Keep showing up. It’s happening. Black Lives Matter. 🖤 with my comrade and co-parent @_schwim_.”

The U.K. native, who shares daughter Cleo with Schwimmer, also reassured her followers that everyone involved with the protest was wearing a mask to protect themselves amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Schwimmer and Buckman announced in April 2017 that they would be taking “some time apart” from one another after nearly seven years of marriage. “Our priority is, of course, our daughter’s happiness and well being during this challenging time, and so we ask for your support and respect for our privacy as we continue to raise her together and navigate this new chapter for our family,” the former couple said in a joint statement at the time.

Keke Palmer Pleads with National Guardsmen to “Be the Change” During Protest in Hollywood

Keke Palmer is fighting for what’s right.

On Tuesday, a video began to circulate of the actress and television host in the midst of a protest in Hollywood, California, where she pleaded with members of the National Guard to join in on their peaceful demonstration. The march was one of dozens taking place across the country demanding justice after the murder of George Floyd and countless other Black American men and women at the hands of police enforcement.

In the clip, Palmer pleads with guardsmen to “be the change” within racial tension in America and urged the men to march alongside the protesters for the sake of unity between armed forces and American citizens.

“You have to pay attention to what’s going on or else we have a president that’s trying to incite a race war,” declared Palmer during her impassioned speech. “Be the change.”

“March with us. March beside us. Get your people. March beside us. Let the revolution be televised. March beside us and show us that you’re here for us. Let’s just do it. We start marching and you march with us. Make history with us please!” continued Palmer during the video. “It will send a huge message. You’re the protector. If you’re supposed to be patrolling us, then walk with us.”

Though on of the guards in the group Palmer addresses explains that he isn’t allowed to march with the crowd, he eventually does take a knee after another protester asks him to do so, but Palmer can be heard in the clip stating that the action is “not enough.”

Palmer previously shared her thoughts on the ongoing protests in a video shared to her Instagram, expressing that she never expected to witness such a moment of racial unrest during her lifetime.

“At 26, I’m looking out and witnessing a physical revolt, and it’s a revolt on a scale that I wasn’t sure I’d ever see,” said Palmer. “To those that may not be looking close enough, all they will see is looting, or people who don’t really care about the movement, or anarchy without a movement. But what I see is a society responding to the oppressor about how the oppressor has responded to us. I see no respect for the establishment, because the establishment hasn’t shown respect to the people.”

'The Bachelor': Victoria Fuller Says She's 'Been a Part of the Problem' With Black Lives Matter Post

Last season of The Bachelor was filled with controversy. The fans were angry at Victoria Fuller for modeling for an offensive clothing company. Fuller is now acknowledging her past with a post during the recent Black Lives Matter protests.

Fans did some digging into Fuller’s modeling past during The Bachelor. They found pictures of her modeling for a company that had “White Lives Matter” merchandise.

Fuller won a modeling competition that season and the prize was a cover of Cosmopolitan magazine. However, the digital cover was never released due to her past modeling gig.

“It wasn’t until a few weeks ago that I found out that the woman I’d chosen had, in her past, modeled in an ad campaign wearing White Lives Matter attire,” editor-in-chief Jessica Pels said in a statement. “Unequivocally, the White Lives Matter movement does not reflect the values of the Cosmo brand. We stand in solidarity with Black Lives Matter, and any cause that fights to end injustices for people of color.”

It then added, “We’d already printed the fashion shoot in our March issue, complete with an inset of the cover, and of course the episode had already been filmed. Ultimately what felt right was choosing not to publish the digital cover on our website or social feeds, and simply being honest with you, the audience we respect, about what happened and where we stand.”

The model finally responded to the backlash after the cover was pulled and Peter Weber made a statement. She responded to fans in the comment section of an Instagram post of Bachelor Clues.

“Hello bachelor clues & followers! It would be nice for you to gather all the facts before jumping to bash someone,” she wrote according to Us Weekly. “The company ‘We Love Marlins’ is in support of catching white, blue, & black marlins & releasing them back into the wild.”

She then added, “In regards to a sensitive topic, I come from a very diverse background & am in support of all races! Virginia Beach is a VERY large fishing town where Marlin tournaments are held every year! Glad to clear this up.”

Fuller then apologized. “I’m sorry if you or anyone else’s feelings were hurt. That was never my intention,” she wrote. “I definitely see how this could be offensive. I apologize immensely it was never my intention to lessen this matter.”

Big Sean Delivers Powerful Speech About History of Racism in America

Sharing his support for the Black Lives Matter movement following the death of George Floyd, the ‘Bounce Back’ rapper delves into his difficult experience as a black man in the country.

AceShowbiz –Big Sean has recounted the history of U.S. police clashes with the black community in an emotional video statement.

The singer and rapper took to social media on Monday (June 01) to share his support for the Black Lives Matter movement following the death of George Floyd, and delved into his difficult experience as a black man in the U.S.

“I don’t feel equal and I don’t feel free,” he said in footage posted to his Twitter and Instagram feeds. “Of course let’s speak up and be heard, but things have to change.”

Sean, real name Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, added, “Clearly we got the whole world’s attention, obviously, and justice has to be served. Period. And if it’s not, I don’t think things are going to change or get better.”

He then detailed his experiences of the protests that have swept the nation in the wake of the tragedy, insisting he’ll always be very proud of his skin colour.

“I don’t know if it’s to make us look like we wild beasts or don’t have control, but we clearly are not wild beasts (sic),” he added. “We’re extraordinary, talented magical people that if you took us out of the equation, the world would be very, very bland.”

Big Sean also touched on discrimination throughout U.S. history, adding, “Our ancestors built this country for free, OK? So I’m just talking from the heart right now, but one of my biggest issues is that… this current government, and country, is built on a racist foundation.”

“It’s impossible to get out of once you in there, you know…(sic)? Some of the first police forces ever was made during slavery, down South, in them Southern states (sic). And their main focus was to capture, apprehend, beat, discipline slaves, rip them apart from their families, keep them apart and God knows whatever else.”
