Alex Jones was left in tears live on air after a guest made her cry during her radio show.
The 43 year old presents her own shown on BBC Radio Wales at weekends, and was left emotional when speaking to fellow TV presenter Steph McGovern.
Steph, 38, has landed her own Channel 4 show named Steph's Packed Lunch, with Alex admitting to her pal that she has to "pinch" herself over her achievements.
Welsh beauty Alex said during their chat: "I have to ask because sometimes you get that sort of 'pinch me' moment.

"Can you believe and did you ever think that you would have a show that was being created around you? It makes me really emotional for you."
Clearly taken aback by Alex's emotions, Steph interrupted: "Oh!," before The One Show host added: "Your own studio. It's really exciting. Did you ever think that was ever going to be a possibility?"

Steph said: "No, well you and I, Al, are from similar backgrounds. Statistically, people with our backgrounds [don't] tend to do what we get to do.
"It's a bit of luck but also it's a lot of hard work, even though I've worked really hard."
Moved by Steph's words, Alex admitted to Steph and her listeners: "I'm emotional. I'm actually crying.
"So, we need to have a bit of music and then we'll come back and we'll compose ourselves and we'll be fine."
It's not the first time that Alex has been choked by her emotions in recent weeks after she fought back tears paying tribute to her The One Show colleague Charlie Mott after he passed away in August.
She told viewers of the hit BBC One show: "Before we go, we just wanted to pay tribute to one of our colleagues, Charlie Mott, who sadly died at the weekend.

"Everybody on the team is absolutely devastated. He was hugely talented and such good company, we miss him so much.
"Our thoughts are with his family, and we are sending lots of love from all of us here. Goodnight."
Following Alex's tribute, the show's end credits were played in silence as opposed to their cheery theme music.
