Frustrated Charlotte Dawson has hit out at trolls for mum-shaming her in an Instagram story, screenshotting their "disgusting" comments.
The 30-year-old announced the birth of her son, Jude, her second child with fiancé Matthew Sarsfield, on 30 July. Noah was born in January 2021.
However, in welcoming her new bundle of joy, she has become the target of 'mum-shaming,' with some trolls going as far as to call social services on her.
Choosing to expose one prolific troll, whom the Celebs Go Dating star accused of regularly leaving cruel comments, Charlotte revealed that she had reached out to an unmasking service to unveil their identity.
Posting details about the troll while concealing their name and pictures, the mother-of-two wrote: "Another troll bites the dust… now this is a shocking one.
“Happily retired in Cyprus? Really… definitely not happy doing what you're doing & saying the disgusting things you say about me and my family and other people. Evil… I hope you’re ashamed of yourself. Thank you again @trolls_unmasked for finding them all out one by one…
“Hopefully, I'll get my one who’s ringing social services soon. I'm definitely getting closer."
This comes just days after Charlotte was left heartbroken after social services were called on her.
The 30-year-old, who is the daughter of the late comedian Les Dawson, said she felt ‘depressed’ and ‘baffled’ after someone had contacted social services, accusing her of giving her two-year-old son, Noah, alcohol and displaying his genitals on social media.
Speaking on her Instagram story, she said: “Chazza has not had a happy Monday. Mine has been horrendous, awful.
“You know they say it comes in threes, bad news, doesn’t it? So I’ve had three pieces of bad news today.
“One of them is social services again. Saying that Noah is drunk and he’s been seen with a drink.
“The next one is that they’re worried about our sons because there’s excessive alcohol. I haven’t even drunk once, I haven’t even been out of the house. I’m breastfeeding.
“I know you can have a glass of wine when you’re breastfeeding. I haven’t even had any alcohol, I’m just absolutely baffled.
“The next one is I’m showing his genitals on Instagram. I’m so baffled, I just don’t understand."
She then opened up about how deeply the experience had affected her mental health, explaining: “I’m not even in a normal state of mind right now. I’m still really down and low. I’m not even fully present – you know, when you’re in your baby bubble, one minute I’m happy and one minute I’m low.
“Hearing this again, it’s just making me want to come off Instagram completely. I don’t know what to do, maybe I’m best not showing Jude and Noah anymore. I’m just trying to do my best as a mum and I’m just constantly getting torn down."
She added: “I’ve had a baby, I’ve been busy, I haven’t forgotten about what’s going on, but there have been more important things happening in my life than trying to find this weirdo who is not letting up.
“But I’m going to have to act faster, clearly, because this person is literally trying to ruin my life. It’s just horrific, I feel sick. I don’t know how they can get away with causing us all this stress. I literally have no words. No words."
Charlotte, known for her catchphrase ‘chuffin,’ later revealed that social services had closed the case.
She said: “The social services lady was lovely on the phone. Obviously, she closed the case down immediately. She was just ringing me to warn me, really, that they had called again, through the NSPCC which is child abuse. Wow."
