Ex On The Beach star Ashley Cain has revealed that his eight-week-old baby daughter Azaylia has a “rare and aggressive” form of leukaemia.
The TV star, who welcomed his first child into the world in August, asked fans to keep the little girl in their prayers as he shared photos from hospital.
The 29 year old said the illness has caused “many complications” in the heartbreaking post shared to Instagram.
In a video, Ashley is seen leaning over his daughter’s cot in hospital while she’s wrapped up in a blanket.
“Yesterday I had to go through something no parent in the world should have to go through,” he wrote.

“The single most upsetting, terrifying and heartbreaking experience I have ever been through.
“'I found out my beautiful daughter Azaylia Diamond Cain got diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of leukaemia which has come with many complications.
“Everybody who wishes to, please say a prayer for my beautiful brave little girl Azaylia who is currently fighting a battle for her life! Mummy and Daddy love you princess. LETS GO CHAMP. You CAN and you WILL beat this!”
The reality star welcomed Azaylia into the world with his girlfriend Safiyya Vorajee.
Announcing her birth at the time, he wrote: “Azaylia Diamond Cain 7lbs 10oz. Born 10/08/2020. Time 06:56.
"There is no words to describe this feeling.
"But she has opened new doors to my life and my heart. I could literally look at her all day and hold her till my arms give in.
"But mainly I will always be there for her as her daddy, her friend and her confidant! Daddy loves you baby, you’ve changed my life!"
Before joining Ex On The Beach in 2014 as one of the original stars of the show, Ashley had been a footballer.
Ashley went back to the show for the second series, before joining the all-star fifth season in 2016.
