Joe Garratt has opened up on his plans to get into presenting in America.
The 24 year old, who recently partied with his Love Island pals to celebrate his birthday in a marquee, explained that he wants to pursue the American dream and work for E! News, just like former TOWIE star Mark Wright did for Extra.
The former Love Island star exclusively told OK! Online: "I really want to go down the presenting route. I spoke to my manager and that's what we're going to really push for.

"There's also the fact that my dream is to go out to America and do it out there.
"Mark Wright had done something years back, I think it was for E! News. That would be my dream role, to present something for E! News and in the showbiz sector."
Joe, who previously revealed he'd been cast for an "exciting" new film, continued: "I love it here [UK], don't get me wrong, but America has always kind of been there for me.

"It's like an American dream in my head, where I go out there and try and get on TV out there. That's my goal."
Joe went on to talk about how being single for a time after his split from Lucie Donlan, 22, allowed him to know himself.
"I can see who is genuine and who is not. That's something I struggled with before. I'm starting to be a good judge of character, but it does get hard. I feel like I've had to find myself again, which I think I've done."

The reality star continued by discussing why he turned down appearing on Love Island: Where Are They? – a reunion spin off TV show to explore the lives of the old and new Islanders.
He explained: "They called up and asked to do a piece for the camera. I just said no.
"It's hard to explain but… I'm appreciative of the show, but it's one of those things where I'm not really with anyone on the show anymore.

"People always expect you to be with someone on the show and if you're not, they find it weird.
"I didn't want people to look at me being single and think, 'that's sad'."
However, it seems viewers have no reason to feel that way about Joe as he recently confirmed his relationship with model Desiree Schlotz in pictures obtained by The Sun Online.
