Though she’s used to being constantly on the go, promoting Keeping Up with the Kardashians, her brands, Skims, KKW Beauty, and KKW Fragrance or working on her prison reform cases, Kim Kardashian West is being forced to stay still. Amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the reality starlet and businesswoman is holed up in her Calabasas estate with her husband, Kanye West, and her four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
Throughout this whole ordeal, Kardashian West has tried to stay as positive as possible. She’s used her massive following and platforms to spread awareness about the importance of handwashing, social distancing, and quarantining. She’s also donated money to various causes concerning the pandemic.
In addition to homeschooling her children and filming the Season 18 finale of KUWTK by herself, the beauty mogul is also catching up on movies and TV that she’s missed because of her hectic schedule. Recently, Kardashian West watched binged watched HBO’s drama series, Big Little Lies for the first time, and fans legit can’t get over it.
Kim Kardashian West finds being home all of the time challenging
Though Kardashian West is very patient with her children, like anyone else, she’s found this entire ordeal very challenging at times. “Being at home with four kids… if I ever thought for a minute that I wanted another one… that is out the door,” she told The View host Whoopi Goldberg via video chat. “It’s really tough. Really tough. “I’ve been doing laundry and cooking,” she said. “And being their teacher too. I have newfound respect for teachers. They deserve so much. It’s been tough juggling it all — you really have to put yourself on the back burner and just focus on the kids.”
Still Kardashian West has also found time to have a bit of self-care. Though her eldest daughter, North West interrupted her, she did complete a makeup tutorial. Also, she’s been watching TV and movies with her husband.
“I actually love that time because we do travel so much in our regular world that this has been… the family bonding part of it all… I love all the family bonding stuff,” she explained.
Kim Kardashian just watched ‘Big Little Lies’ for the first time
A couple of weeks ago the Skims founder shared what she’s been watching now that she has so much free time on her hands. Like many of us, she got caught up in Netflix’s Love Is Blind and Tiger King mania. However, the KUWTK star just revealed that she just binged HBO’s drama series, Big Little Lies and she’s obsessed.
Starring, Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Zoe Kravitz, Shailene Woodley, and Meryl Streep, Big Little Lies premiered way back in 2017, with the Season 2 finale airing back in 2019.
Obviously, Kardashian West has been completely out of the loop. She tweeted, “I just binged Big Little Lies! It’s sooo good! Who has seen it?”
Fans can’t get over the fact that Kim Kardashian West just discovered ‘Big Little Lies’
Since Kardashian West is super late on the Big Little Lies train, fans aren’t letting her off the hook. After all, the award-winning series was buzzed about for years. There are even fans begging for a third season.
Fans hilariously reacted to the starlet’s post saying, “Everyone, Kim. Everyone.” Another fan added,” Kim we cant keep doing this, please keep up.” Yet another fan quipped, “Don’t we pay you to be ahead of pop culture?”
The last fan was probably referring to the time when Kardashian West discovered the SERIAL podcast four years late. Kim, you’re doing great sweetie.
