Kevin Costner enjoys Taylor Swift concert with his daughter
Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner are still fighting it out in their bitter ongoing divorce battle following their split earlier this year after 18 years of marriage.
As the battle continues, new court documents reportedly see the former handbag designer accusing the Yellowstone star of withholding financial documents regarding his “future endeavors and anticipated income” according to People.
The 49-year-old originally filed for divorce from the Hollywood star in May and their highly publicized divorce has seen the former couple clash over living arrangements and finances for weeks.
Christine’s new claim says the 68-year-old is specifically withholding documents detailing his income for his upcoming film series Horizon.
She requested the court to order the actor to share these documents.
Christine’s legal team claimed Kevin has been “stonewalling” them over sharing vital information prior to their child support hearing next week.

According to the Daily Mail, Kevin’s attorneys claimed Christine’s team “will be unable to present any evidence that [Costner] has chosen to withhold from discovery” and argued they are seeking “documents that are not relevant” due to the prenuptial agreement the pair have in place with one of his lawyers describing the requests as “burdensome”
Christine’s team has cited materials they claim showcase Kevin’s lawyers resisting their request for documents around Horizon, admitting his team had submitted some of the requested materials.
The handbag designer is now also reportedly seeking $9,000 in legal fees accumulated around this request for documents regarding Horizon.
Kevin and Christine welcomed three children together during their marriage; 16-year-old Cayden, 14-year-old Hayes and 13-year-old Grace.

The bitter divorce proceedings are expected to continue until at least November, when the pair have another child support hearing slated to scrutinize the premarital agreement which has proven to be a point of contention.
In July, the court reportedly awarded Christine $129,755 per month in child custody, although according to the Daily Mail, The Bodyguard star had requested a “multi-day evidentiary hearing” over Christine’s child support request to examine his “cash flow available for support and anticipated future income”.
The handbag designer reportedly originally requested $248,000 in monthly child support which Kevin opposed in June claiming it was not feasible as his income is set to drop “substantially” after stepping away from his iconic role in the Yellowstone series.
Following source claims to Us Weekly the split had been spurred on by Kevin’s extensive amount of time working on the show, Christine clarified in court filings she “did not pressure Kevin to leave the Yellowstone show”.
