Shaughna Phillips has highlighted her significant weight loss after revealing she had gained two stone earlier this year.
It appears the Love Island star's health and fitness journey has been paying off as she revealed she had dropped a dress size in a new snap shared to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday evening.
The beauty said she was "finally" happy to see results as she proudly marked her achievement by raising her top to show off her slimmer waist.
She wrote in the caption: "Was a size 8 pre Love Island. Was a size 14 in January.
"These leggings are a size 12 and just a lil too big," the 27-year-old added.
Shaughna credited the health app Jonple, which she joined nearly a month ago, with helping her slim down.
Just last week, the reality star revealed she had begun a major health kick after putting on two stone during the global pandemic.
She opened up about her weight gain during the national lockdown in an Instagram post, sponsored by Jonple, on her stories.

In the video, she said: "In lockdown, I definitely indulged a lot more than I used to when it came to food. I did end up gaining quite a bit of weight. I gained two stone.
"It's all about having the right frame of mind when it comes to what you're eating and what you're putting in your body."
She added that she had overindulged on junk food during the lockdown, but with the help of her new fitness team she was ready to get back on track to a healthy lifestyle.

She captioned the post: "Some of you have already noticed, but for those who haven't, I have recently been trying to get back into the swing of things (life basically!), and that includes working out and eating better, as well as trying to adapt my working life around my new healthy lifestyle!
"It is safe to say that this has NOT been an overnight success, but it's a marathon, not a sprint!
"It finally feels like I'm starting to get a hand of things, and I'm excited again about life as we used to know it returning!"
