Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan stun fans after intense workout with his sister Natalya in their home gym

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan have proved that couples who workout together, stay together as they showed off the results of their latest training session.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Mark, 33, posed topless as he filmed himself, his wife Michelle, also 33, and sister Natalya, 19, after a workout session from Mark’s new business venture Train Wright.

Mark, who previously showed off his impressive four week fitness results, stood in front of the mirrored wall in his impressive home gym, which he shares with his former Our Girl actress wife, as he filmed himself with the two women resting in the background.

Speaking after his calorie-burning exercise session, he told his 1.7million Instagram followers: “Day two, week two – done.

“The girls at the back of shot, Natalya and Michelle, they've done it by training Wright. Have you done day two?”

Clearly feeling energised from the group workout he continued: “Big session today. What have we done on the calories? 500, total. Love that. Feeling strong,” before flexing his bicep in the mirror.

Mark’s brother Josh Wright, 30, also took part in the session, which was streamed through the Train Wright Instagram page.

Meanwhile, the former TOWIE star's other sister Jess Wright, who got engaged earlier this year, has been spending the lockdown period in a more relaxed fashion by uploading Tik Tok dance videos rather than intense workouts.

Reality TV star Mark has been enjoying lockdown with his wife Michelle and previously said he was “lucky” to be isolating with his wife after spending the first few years of their marriage long-distance.

Discussing their time together during the global pandemic in April, he said: “After years of having a long-distance relationship, I'm now locked up with the girl of my dreams.

“We used to spend all our time on FaceTime calls and talking for hours on the phone in different time zones, but now we are together every minute of the day.

“It's nice to just sit together in the evening in front of the TV without having to worry about rushing off.

“That time is important as a couple — just being together. We've been cooking together a lot and Michelle is a cracking chef.

“She has made a lot of delicious banana bread and lets me be her sous chef, so I help out.

“I really think this period is going to make everyone more grateful for the amazing friends and family they have.”
