Susanna Reid, 50, has been seen out in a cosy reunion with her ex-boyfriend Steve Parish in West London on Friday. The Good Morning Britain presenter dined alongside the Crystal Palace chairman at Michelin starred restaurant Trinity, in pictures obtained by the MailOnline.

Their meal together comes just days after Susanna failed to reference her romance with Steve during an interview on GMB.

Susanna kept wrapped up in a stylish black coat as she and Steve were pictured sitting down for an outdoor dinner, as COVID-19 restrictions mean all restaurant-goers must remain outside.

Throughout the meal, it was said the pair remained in deep conversation.

After they finished their dinner, Steve and Susanna were spotted heading off in a car together as they seemingly remain on friendly terms following their split last year.

Representatives for Susanna and Steve have been contacted for comment by Express.co.uk.

Their outing comes after the pair were seen on TV screens together last week.

The football boss came on GMB to discuss his views on the divisive European Super League.

The former couple appeared to be on great terms following the end of their relationship, as they chatted happily during the segment.

Welcoming Steve onto the show, the mother-of-three, said: “We’re joined now by Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish, morning Steve.”

Susanna listened intently as Steve discussed the six English clubs who were slated to join the league, but have now withdrawn from taking part.

Viewers hastily took to social media to discuss the “awkward” exchange between the pair.

One viewer wrote: “Awkward, isn’t that Susanna’s boyfriend or ex-boyfriend? #GMB.”

While another agreed and wrote: “Awkward #SusannaSteve #GMB.”

A third asked: “Didn’t Susanna used to date Steve Parish? #GMB.”

Another joked: “‘Hello Steve’..,’Er, hello Susanna’ – how awkward was that? I was hoping they were going to have a domestic @GMB.”

However a fourth thought the pair could still have a romance going on, as they typed: “#GMB bet Susanna did welcome ex Steve Paris on the programme her eyes say everything…”

Steve praised football fans for standing up against the European Super League while speaking to Susanna.

He said: “The fans really fought for the right to lose yesterday.

“They said that they don’t want victory without the jeopardy and the risk of losing, that it’s meaningless to them and they don’t want to be part of a gilded elite with no relegation and no promotion.

“So absolutely the fans, the players, the managers that came out against it, all of them must deserve high praise.”
