NLE Choppa and Big Sean Drop "Moonlight" Music Video

Rising rapper, NLE Choppa and Big Sean, drop a new music video to accompany their recent track, Moonlight.

Moonlight was released on last year’s Halloween, commemorating the young Memphis rapper’s 18th birthday. Choppa opens up the video in a haunted mansion, paying a Halloween homage to its release. In this song, the rapper is heard motivating himself to get back on the grind. Choppa continues to deliver his lines throughout the house’s eerily dusty rooms all while dodging the floating pieces of furniture around him.

Towards Big Sean’s verse, Choppa seemingly transports himself to a bed on the moon, where he finds Big Sean patiently waiting in the intergalactic setting. Big Sean’s feature on Moonlight marks one of two guest verses off of Choppa’s From Dark To Light album. Ink is the only other artist making an appearance on the album. With this album, Choppa’s distinctive flow is put on display and listeners can hear a major shift in his lyricism. Prior to the album’s release, Choppa announced that he would no longer rap about violence, and instead utilize his music to spread messages of positivity and “wake people up”.
