The popular This Morning star announced on Monday’s show that her new lifestyle platform Wylde Moon had been launched. The project will see the 40-year-old creating and sharing the things she loves. While presenting the ITV show alongside Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby said she was “excited” to be able to reveal the news, which she said is something “special” for her.
On the show, Phillip had been discussing apps available for those interested in the lunar calendar, before turning to Holly to say: “It’s not an app, but you’ve got a new project.”
“A website, yes,” Holly replied. “Wylde Moon, it launched today, it’s very exciting!”
“Congratulations,” her co-host commented as she explained: “Thank you, this feels like a real special one for me.
“This is a little bit of a taster so you can see what it looks like.
“It’s online right now, and I chat to other women, women who inspire me.
“There’s a moon board to kind of offer a bit of inspiration.”
Holly continued: “And I think this is sort of a measuring stick of where I am in life right now and sometimes you want to create something that you feel very passionate about, because it feels good.”
Speaking to viewers, she concluded: “So it’s for me to share something with you, so go and check it out.”
Many have already taken to Twitter to praise Holly’s new brand.
One fan wrote: “My god @hollywills everything about Wylde Moon is brilliant. So incredibly excited for what’s to come.”
Another commented: “I listened to the Wylde Moon podcast this morning and it was actually really good #ThisMorning.”
“@hollywills thank you for the lovely morning message that sat in my inbox in relation to #WyldeMoon, exciting times! I can’t wait to follow your new journey, not to mention the boutique,” a third penned.
Someone else wrote: “proud of you @hollywills #wyldemoon.”
In a statement on the website, Holly said: “I wanted a space where I can curate, create and share the things that I love.
“In creating WYLDE MOON for you, I’ve filled a need in me.
“I’d lost a part of who I was and that rediscovery has led me here, to a whole new place of beauty and power.
“So I invite you to come on in and join the journey. Let’s discover together, learn together, laugh together.
“Let’s celebrate and empower those around us. Let’s find out what we love.”
There is also a link to the podcast, which features an interview with actress Lena Dunham.
The site includes an interview with Holly about the brand, as well as beauty and style tips.
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
