Katie Price has admitted she's been "slowly going off the rails" for the past decade in a candid confessional on her reality show.
The 41 year old spoke openly about troubles she has faced over the last 10 years and revealed she will undergo therapy for the rest of her life to help battle her past.
Former glamour model Katie will star in a one-off hour long special of her Quest Red show My Crazy Life on Monday night, where she speaks about her struggles.
The I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! legend is seen speaking to her terminally ill mum Amy through a window due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis in a clip for the upcoming episode, telling fans: "I can't even hug my mum. It's so, so sad but I know it's for the best.

"She's been my rock through my whole life and I'm so thankful that I'm mentally strong enough now to help her."
She continues: "I've been slowly going off the rails for just over 10 years. At times I've been a mess.
"I've been to hell and back but I'm starting to feel like me again."
Katie adds: "Four weeks in hospital and some intense therapy that will continue for the rest of my life has got me back to being me. It just goes to show that if I can do it, anyone can."
Cutting back to her saying goodbye to her mum, she turns to the camera to defiantly say: "The Price family are a strong unit and the Prices stick together and we're gonna get through this one way or another."
Katie recently made her TV comeback on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, becoming the first star to quit the Channel 4 show.
Katie and the rest of the celebrities were given the gruelling task of holding a sandbag above their heads while standing in a circle.
But, after having just one hour's sleep, Katie struggled immensely with the task and sensationally walked away from the reality series in the second episode.
In the scene, Katie can be seen trying to hold the bag in the air, but ends up having it resting on her head while she grimaces with discomfort and whispering to herself: "I can't do it."
Meanwhile, the other celebrities, including former Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole, Joey Essex and Anthea Turner, battled on.

As Katie continued to wrestle with holding the bag up right, former soldier Ant Middleton walked around the group to inspect and shout at the stars.
He then caught Katie with the sandbag resting on her head as she wobbled and said to her: "If you can't, give me your number, there is no such thing as can't."
Katie then dropped the heavy sandbag on the floor and tugged at her number on a band around her arm and removed it before tearfully saying: "You can have it," and walking away. In the show, handing in your number means you have quit.
