Despite the coronavirus pandemic halting production for many television shows and pulling live ones off air, BBC bosses are doing everything they can to make sure Strictly Come Dancing goes ahead later this year, while adhering to government guidelines.
In the midst of lockdown, there are suggestions several celebrities are in talks to sign up to the 2020 competition.
One of those set to put on their dancing shoes is Stacey Solomon, current Loose Women panellist and former X Factor star.
According to bookmaker Coral, it seems she could try her hand at a reality competition, similarly to her boyfriend Joe Swash winning the 2020 Dancing on Ice competition.

Coral revealed odds of 1-2 for Stacey to be a contestant after strong reports continue to link her to the show.
“We think that Stacey Solomon is headed for Strictly and make her odds on to be a contestant on the next series of the hit show,” Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead said.
“She will try and following in her namesake’s footsteps after Stacey Dooley won the show in 2018. “
It comes after Stacey previously revealed she would “love to do Strictly”.

During an interview with Good Housekeeping earlier this year, she said: “I love the show, I love the outfits, the routines, and how the contestants go from one to 1,000.”
However, it wasn’t long before she revealed her doubts about getting to the final.
“But I would be the one that didn’t get it… Everybody would expect me to go on this journey, but I would be persistently the same after 10 weeks! I would just stay the same!” she added.

ITV announced the lunchtime chat show would be back on Monday for the first live instalment since being off air for six weeks.
Adhering to all of the necessary social distancing requirements, there will be some adjustments to the broadcast of Loose Women during this first phase of returning to air.
Three women will be in the studio with one panellist joining via video link.
There will also be some pre recorded shows across the week, in addition, to live shows on Mondays and Wednesdays to limit the footfall at the studios.
