Strictly Come Dancing star Helen Skelton appeared on It Takes Two with Gorka Marquez as the pair discussed the upcoming final of the BBC dance competition.
The duo were in high spirits in their first interview since learning they had made it through to the final, with the Countryfile presenter breaking into fits of giggles as she sat alongside her professional dance partner.
Presenter Rylan Clark-Neal was speaking to the duo about comments they had received from Anton Du Beke when the 38-year-old stopped in her tracks after spotting Gorka looking down at her hand.
The former Blue Peter star explained: "I know, I'm having a nightmare!"
"I've taken my shoes off because my feet hurt. I've ripped my top so I've got a pin here," Helen laughed as she held up the pin in her hand.
The former X Factor star insisted: "It's fine darling. You're not exposed, it's fine. We're still BBC Two!"
"It's all falling apart," chimed the mum-of-three.
Pointing at her dance partner, Helen said: "He must be the most patient man in the world because he's like, 'You're a mess'."
