Vanderpump Rules’ Scheana Shay’s boyfriend says ‘she has my back and I have hers’ after tragic miscarriage – The Sun

VANDERPUMP Rules’ Scheana Shay’s boyfriend, Brock Davies, posted a sweet tribute to her writing: “she has my back and I have hers” after their tragic miscarriage news.

In the Instagram photo the couple enjoyed a tender moment as the hunk held the Vanderpump Rules star in his arms with his back turned away from the camera, looking out to the sea.

Scheana and Brock are supporting each other in the wake of the reality star’s miscarriage after their ‘miracle pregnancy’.

Brock wore just a tiny pair of swimming pants for the beach photo shoot, posing with his back to the camera as he held his girlfriend tenderly in his arms.

The Vanderpump star, 35, could be seen wearing water shoes as she smiled shyly at the camera, her dark brunette hair wild from the sea.

He captioned the snap: "She has my back and I have Hers.”

The couple revealed they’d suffered a miscarriage on her Scheananigans podcast.

Scheana, who had previously opened up about freezing her eggs, explained that she hadn’t believed she could get pregnant on her own so the it came as quite a shock.

The couple had told close friends and family the happy news, and Scheana had even planned a special Father's Day surprise for her dad.

She said on the podcast: “I didn't think that I could get pregnant on my own. My AMH levels, for those of you who know what they are, were 0.28. That's basically your fertility levels, and that tells you your egg count. I have very low ovarian reserve.”

Sadly, their celebrations soon turned to tragedy as she suffered a devastating miscarriage at six weeks pregnant.

The Vanderpump Rules star tearfully said: “A few weeks ago, we found out that I was pregnant, and for those of you who have followed my fertility journey and freezing my eggs the last year and a half, I didn’t think I could get pregnant on my own. My doctors told me that it would be close to impossible.”

Scheana missed her period and got sick after a night of drinking, but she didn’t realize she was pregnant until she spoke with a tarot card reader.

The Bravo star took a pregnancy test over FaceTime with her boyfriend, Brock Davies.

When the result was positive, she bought four more tests.

A blood test and her doctor confirmed she was pregnant.

She said: “We were freaking out, but just so excited because we didn’t know or think this was possible.”

But during a trip to San Diego with her boyfriend, she revealed she “felt off" and was "bleeding all weekend.”

A blood test determined her progesterone levels “dropped significantly” and she was given pills.

She continued: “My OB got me in early, they did an ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. There was just nothing progressing, nothing going on inside.

“There were parts that he could see were starting to form, and it just didn’t. So obviously, [that was] just devastating. We were so excited. Gone so quickly. It’s still been a lot to process.

“Now I’m at home and I’m just waiting to naturally miscarry. … I’m just literally sitting here waiting, feeling normal but still treating my body as if I’m pregnant, which is a complete mindf***k because I know there’s still something there, but I haven’t passed it yet.”

Scheana’s former co-star Stassi Schroeder is expecting with her fiancé Beau Clark.

She said she is “so happy” for her friend, who was fired from the series after she was accused of racially profiling former co-star Faith Stowers.

Scheana has been open about wanting a family.

Just last month, she revealed she wanted “at least two” with her boyfriend, who has two children from a previous relationship.
