ZARA McDermott confused fans by sharing a snap of her passionately kissing her ex Sam Thompson.
The Love Island star, 23, shared an image of her Made In Chelsea ex-boyfriend, 28, planting a huge kiss on her mouth.
In the pic, Zara is wearing a white sleeveless top with matching bottoms, while Sam is donning a striped shirt with grey trousers.
She captioned the image: "I choose you. And I'll choose you over and over. Without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat. I'll keep choosing you."
The reality star didn't tag Sam in the picture and he hasn't made a comment about it.
Fans were confused about the situation, with one person asking: "What’s going on again"
Another asked: "PLEASE say you’re back together 😭😭💕💕"
With a third saying: "Are they back together or do i have to wait to see on made in Chelsea?" with a fourth remarking: "Am I missing something? You didn’t choose him. You chose someone else and then lied for a long time about it."
Devastated Sam dumped Zara after 16 months together when she confessed that she had cheated on him while competing on X Factor: Celebrity last year.
Ever since, Zara has desperately been trying to win him back, regularly sharing public declarations of her love on her Instagram page as she begs for another chance.
So far, Zara's efforts have been fruitless and Sam has publicly ignored her attempts – with the TikTok post his first reference to their split on his page.
Earlier this month, Zara begged for her ex's forgiveness in an open letter as she confessed to bedding music boss Brahim Fouradi.
She wrote on Instagram: "Hey everyone, I just wanted to address the recent speculation in the media.
"A huge mistake I made a year ago has recently come to light and I want to face this head on.
"I don't condone being unfaithful and I made a huge mistake at a time in my life where I was hugely selfish and immature.
"I believe I have learnt so much from my mistake. I want to apologise to my Sam for everything I have put him through, for the pain, the embarrassment, the anger and the hurt.
"All I want to do is make this right and I think the least he deserves is me being honest with myself and all of you. I love you Sam. Forever."
Heartbroken Sam took time away from the spotlight by heading straight to film Channel 4's celebrity version of The Circle with best pal Pete Wicks after the bombshell news broke.
The week away filming the programme, which will air in the New Year, gave him no access to the outside world and time to "clear his head".
