Who is Donald Trump's niece Mary?
Mary Trump is Donald Trump's niece.
She is the second child of Donald's older brother, Fred Trump Jr and Linda Clapp.
Mary has one older brother, Fred III.
In 1981 Mary's father died aged 43 after years of suffering from alcoholism.
Mary is currently a homemaker but has obtained her bachelor's and master's degrees from Tufts University and Columbia University.
She also earned another master's degree and a Ph.D at Adelphi University.
What is her book Too Much and Never Enough about?
It was reported that the book would detail "harrowing and salacious" accounts about President Trump.
According to the Guardian, the book details that Donald "suffered emotional abuse at the hands of his father."
In an excerpt from the book, Mary is said to have written that her grandmother suffered from serious health problems that left Donald and his siblings under their father's care from a young age.
Mary held nothing back calling Donald's father, Fred Trump, a "high-functioning sociopath."
When was it released?
Mary’s book, Too Much And Never Enough, was first set to be released on July 28, 2020, but was released on the earlier date of July 14.
The timing of the tell-all comes less than one month before the Republican National Convention.
The 2020 convention will take place from August 24 – 27 in North Carolina.
The convention will select the republican party’s nominees for president and vice president in the US’s 2020 presidential election.
The French version of the book will be released in October this year.
